We have a tiny galley kitchen that doesn’t have much (ok really any) storage. This can be quite a problem for someone who loves to cook and accumulates a ton of kitchen gadgets. One of the things I’ve learned about having such a tiny kitchen is that it’s so important to stay organized.
I found that the best way to keep spices organized is by storing them in the same size jars. I’m loving these new glass herb jars by Ball. They have a shaker top which is so convenient when you just need a dash of something. When you need a bit more, you can just unscrew the top and measure what you need.
