Whenever we’re stuck on what to have for dinner, Mexican food always wins. It’s the kind of food that everyone can always agree on and it’s always a crowd pleaser at parties. To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, I’ve partnered with Harvest Snaps to share a favorite Mexican-inspired dish of mine—layered dip! This delicious 5-minute Mexican layered dip combines favorites like guacamole and pico de gallo in individual glasses to create small party-sized portions.

Easy Individual Mexican 5 Layer Dip
Crème fraîche, 7.5 oz.
Lime, zest and juice
Refried black beans
Pico de gallo
Shredded cheese, Mexican blend
Harvest Snaps in your favorite flavors
- In a small mixing bowl combine the creme fresh with the zest of one lime. Add the juice of one half of the lime and stir to combine. Keep covered in the fridge until you’re ready to assemble the dip.
- Add 2 heaping tablespoons of refried black beans to small appetizer glasses or shot glasses. Top with guacamole, pico de gallo, the lime crema and shredded cheese. Enjoy with Harvest Snaps and your other favorite crudities.
