A couple of weeks ago I showed you my Etsy round-up of yarn wreaths. I was inspired by all the cute wreaths that I decided to give it a try and make my own. Before I got started I searched for a tutorial on how to make felt roses. I stumbled upon this amazing tutorial by Danielle Burkleo (who has an awesome craft/mom blog btw). You should check it out and make one. It was very simple, however, wrapping the foam wreaths in yarn too such a long time! I suggest watching something on Netflix while you do this. I made two wreaths because we have double front doors.
I purchased all my supplies at JoAnn Fabrics. The foam wreath forms were $4.99 each, the yarn was $2.69 (enough to wrap 4 wreaths), the berries were $.99 each (I used 2 stems), and the felt was $.29 each (I used 5 sheets), and the pearl straight pins were $4.29 for a pack of 100.

I brought some of my crafting supplies with me to Miami so my crafty mom could help me assemble the new wreathes. I used the same process as I did when I made the holiday wreathes. […]
