DIY Colored Edge Business Cards

I’m heading to Alt Summit this week and was running low on my gold edge business cards so I needed to make some more. I ended up going with Moo luxe mini cards for a slight variation to my gold cards. I have to admit, that I have since dreamt (really) that my cards were awful and not received well… so if I see you at Alt this week and we swap cards, please be kind. It’s funny how the rest of the year I don’t use my cards that often but it’s such a big deal at Alt. I’m excited to see what tiny creations other bloggers come up with. I honestly really liked my simple cards with a DIY touch. I feel it communicates that about my brand… just maybe with being letterpress or sparkly (though I do love both). I’m just suddenly having cold feet. Anyone else feeling the same way about their cards?

I started with luxe mini cards from Moo and painted the edges with a pinkish coral spray paint (I prefer Montana Gold) and followed the same process I used for my last iteration of cards. You can check out the entire edge painted business card tutorial here. I finished the cards by gluing a tiny metal heart, which I spray painted the same color as the card edges, to the back of each card.
