Baked Cheese Jalapeño Poppers

Serve these easy cheesy baked jalapeño poppers at your Super Bowl party or any time you need to make an appetizer in 20 minutes! (Click through for video recipe)

I’m a big fan of serving finger foods at parties because two things: it means less plates and utensils are needs and you can serve more of a variety. Win, win, right?

One of my favorite things to serve along side a DIY burrito bar or Super Bowl snacks are these cheesy jalapeño poppers. They only take 15 minutes to bake and can even be assembled the day before so there’s no reason to no serve them at your next party.

Check out the video below to see just how easy the are to make!

Baked Jalapeño Poppers

Makes 20 poppers

Ingredients

10 jalapeno peppers / 1 – 8 oz. package of cream cheese / 1 cup shredded Mexican cheeses

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut of the tops of the jalapeño peppers. Then cut in half length wise. Use a teaspoon to scrape out the seeds and ribs.
  2. Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bow. Add shredded cheese and stir to combine. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture into each pepper half. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the tops are slightly browned. Serve warm and enjoy the big game!
