I love hosting parties and I love party decor (maybe even more than hosting but don’t tell anyone that)! While I was cleaning up my home office/studio/craft room last week I stumbled upon a pack of office color coding labels. They had been in a drawer for quite some time so I decided to put them to better use by using them to create super quick party decor.

I used long wooden skewers and yellow baker’s twine to create a simple dot garland cake topper. I also stumbled upon extra tiny kraft paper bags that a decorated with few labels. They would be a perfect take away for party guests. You could stash some after dinner mints or spicy almonds in the little bags.

I used 4″ long toothpicks (you can find these at your local grocery store) to make simple dot cupcake toppers. I stuck some of the colored coding labels on wooden spoons to tie in the theme. So in just a few minutes you can have an instant party at home or even at the office!
