how do i clean/launder my sarah hearts item?
we recommend that all apparel (shirts and scarves) be machine washed cold and tumble dried low.
all purses and bags should be spot cleaned or hand washed in cool water when necessary, then lay flat to dry.
do you ship internationally?
yes, we do! the prices for international orders are shown below:

what is the cost of shipping an item?
all items shown in the store do not include shipping costs. the cost for standard first class is as follows:
$1 - 9.99 = $5
$10 - 39.99 = $7
$40 - 79.99 = $8
$80 - plus =$10
when will i receive my order?
all items are shipped first class mail and are shipped 1-3 days after the payment has been received, unless otherwise noted . please allow approximately 3-5 days after that to receive your order.
do you take custom orders?
yes. depending on the availability / cost of particular fabrics, the cost will vary. please contact me for further information and i will be happy to accommodate you!
what info is needed to place a custom order?
to place a custom order, please email me with the bag style, preferred color / pattern of the outside and lining. please specify any other details you would like on the bag (such as stenciling, ribbons, hand stitching etc.) i will then reply with a quote and discuss fabric options. you will receive an invoice and once paid for, your bag will be made and shipped approximately one week after!
do i need a paypal account to purchase something?
no, you don't. i use paypal for all transactions, however, paypal takes visa, mastercard, american express, discover, and e-checks.
